"I found the menu easy to use…"
I found the menu easy to use, which was nice. But once you get to checkout, it can get a little confusing at times. Overall, not bad, just could be a bit more straightforward.

"Great Service and Still Love the Pastries"
I had a small issue with my order and expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but Porto’s got back to me quickly and took care of it without making anything complicated. I really appreciated how easy and kind they were throughout the whole thing. Grateful for the great customer service, and of course, I still love their pastries.

I stopped by sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and tried a few of the savory items. They were okay overall, not bad, but nothing really stood out to me either. I’d probably try something else next time.

I stopped in and was impressed by how much they had—pastries, sandwiches, cakes, drinks, all of it looked good. It was actually hard to choose just one thing. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.

"Everything I ordered tasted super fresh…"
Everything I ordered tasted super fresh, especially the cheese rolls and croissants. You can tell they hadn’t just been sitting around for days, which I really appreciate. I’m giving 4 stars only because the box got a little warm during delivery, but the food itself was still really good

"Pretty good, but not quite the same as the bakery"
I finally tried the bake-at-home pastries from Porto’s after my sister kept telling me to order them. Shipping went smoothly and everything showed up frozen solid, so no complaints there. The cheese rolls were definitely my favorite and tasted really good, but a few of the pastries baked a little unevenly in my oven and some came out slightly dry. The instructions were easy enough to follow, though. I’d probably order again, but I’d go in knowing it won’t be exactly like picking them up fresh from the bakery

I ordered a few pastries and a cake from Porto's, and the prices felt really fair for what I got. I even checked the email receipt afterward because I thought it was going to be higher, especially with the size and how good everything tasted. Some bakery sites feel way overpriced, but this one felt normal and worth it. Shipping isn’t free, but even with that added in, the total still made sense to me. I’d definitely order again and not feel like I overpaid.

"Really nice staff, even with the rush"
So, like, I stopped by when there was a long line, the staff was still super friendly and patient. I wasn’t totally sure what pastries I wanted, and they kind of helped me pick a few without making me feel rushed or anything. Overall, yeah, it was a good visit and I’d definitely go back...

I ordered from Porto’s for a family get-together and was a little nervous about whether the delivery would show up on time. Thankfully, it arrived exactly when promised, everything was packed well, and the food was still fresh. Nothing was missing either, which made the whole thing so much easier. It saved me a lot of stress and was super convenient...

"Disappointed by sold-out items"
I really do like Porto’s, but the last two times I tried to order online, a few of the pastries I wanted were already sold out. Pickup was still easy, so I’ll give them that, but it was frustrating. I felt kind of stupid for trusting that the popular stuff would still be available by midday. Just disappointing when you’re looking forward to something and can’t even add it to your order.

"Fresh pastries, but I got nervous after paying"
I ordered a few pastries they turned out really good. They were flaky on the outside, soft inside, and not dry at all. You could definitely tell they were fresh. I’ll admit I felt a bit unsure after paying because I didn’t know what to expect, but once the pastries arrived, I was happy with the order. I’d probably order again.

Just a warning for anyone thinking of ordering these pastries — my box showed up completely crushed, and everything inside was a mess by the time it arrived. The pastries may have been fine originally, but they definitely didn’t make it to me that way.

"Could’ve Been Cleaner"
The floors were sticky and the tables didn’t look like they’d been wiped down. Like I said, I was expecting it to be cleaner inside, especially if people are sitting down to eat or hang out. Like I said, it just felt a bit neglected.
